When Will the Notification of the IBPS RRB PO and Clerk Come?

IBPS RRB examination is conducted every year for IBPS RRB Officer Cadre and IBPS RRB Assistant Officer Cadre in local rural banks spread across the country. To be eligible for employment in the said posts, one must pass an examination organised by IBPS.

IBPS RRB Notification 2022

IBPS is supposed to release an RRB notification in June 2022 to recruit eligible banking candidates to the officers scale-I, II, & III, and office assistant (clerk) in several banks in regional rural areas across India. 

 Vacancy in IBPS RRB 2022

The detailed information regarding the vacancies in the CRP RRBs XI IBPS RRB 2022 exam will get released in June 2022 with a notification PDF from IBPS RRB Notification 2022. IBPS had invited 12,958 vacancies for officer scale-I, II, and III and office assistants. The updated number of vacancies for IBPS Clerk and RRB PO are 4716 and 6888, respectively.  

IBPS RRB 2022- How to Apply

The IBPS RRB 2022 online application link for the officer’s scale-I, II, and III and office assistant will be available in June 2022 after the release of the official notification. The link is available on the IBPS RRB official website: ibps.in

Educational Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college/university or equivalent in any of the recognised disciplines.  An advantage will be awarded to the candidates with educational degrees in Information Technology, Horticulture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Accountancy, Agricultural Engineering and Cooperation, Management, Law, or Economics. ii. Good skill in local language as mentioned by the participating RRB/s* iii. Good to have: Generic working experience of computer.—-
General Bank Officer Scale-II (Manager)Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college/university or equivalent in any recognised discipline with a minimum score of 50% marks on average. An advantage will be awarded to the candidates with educational degrees in Information Technology, Horticulture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Accountancy, Agricultural Engineering and Cooperation, Management, Law, or Economics.2 years of experience as an officer in a financial institution or bank.
Scale-II  Specialist Officers (role of Manager)Officer in Information Technology (IT)  Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college/university or its equivalent in disciplines of Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology/ Communication or its equivalent with a minimum score of 50%  marks on average. Good to have: Certification course in OCP, C++, VB, PHP, ASP, Java, VC, etc.1 year (in any relevant field)
Chartered Accountant Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.1 year of experience in a chartered accountant background. 
Law Officer A degree in LLB2 from a reputed college/university or its equivalent with a 50% marks on average.2 years as a law officer in banks or should have worked as an advocate or financial institutions for not less than two years
Treasury Manager MBA or CA in Finance from a reputed college/university/ institution1 year (in a relevant field)
Marketing Officer Must have MBA in Marketing from a reputed university. 1 year (in a relevant field)
Agricultural Officer Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry/ Agriculture/ Veterinary/ Dairy /Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/  Agricultural Engineering/ Science// Pisciculture from a reputed college/ university or its equivalent with a minimum score of 50% marks on average.2 years (in a relevant field)
Scale-III Officer (Role of Senior Manager)Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college/university or equivalent in any of the recognised disciplines with a minimum score of 50% marks on average.  An advantage will be awarded to the candidates with educational degrees in Information Technology, Horticulture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Accountancy, Agricultural Engineering and Cooperation, Management, Law or Economics.Minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institutions 

IBPS RRB for Clerk 2022 Exam Pattern:

There was only one exam phase in the case of IBPS RRB for Clerk 2021. So, all the candidates who appeared for the examination were eligible to write their mains. The essay pattern of both the posts might be different, though.
